Serene Spark Supported
Living - Our Team

Strong, Skilled, and Passionate About Transforming Young Lives

At Serene Spark, we provide Ofsted-aligned supported living for young people aged 16–18 who have experienced trauma, emotional or behavioural challenges, and special educational needs (SEN). Our service is rooted in the principles of trauma-informed care, person-centred planning, and the SCIE framework for best practice in supported accommodation.

[ Our Mission ]

Preparing Young People to
Thrive Beyond Care

At Serene Spark, we don’t just support — we prepare. Our mission is clear and unwavering:

01

To help every young person leave us ready to survive, succeed, and stand on their own.

02

We know many of the young people we support have experienced trauma, neglect, or instability. That’s why everything we do — from routines to recovery planning — is designed to build resilience, self-belief, and life skills.

When You Leave

We want each young person to leave Serene Spark with:

This is more than a service — it’s a mission. And every member of our team shares in it.

At Serene Spark, we don’t just prepare them to leave — we prepare them to lead.
